My experience has been exceptional. Spacious modern hotel with facilities and beautiful views.The restaurant food is amazingly delicious .The staff are so professional polite and helpful.A big Thank you to Neno ,Neko ,Hadia , George and all the others who represent the beautiful face of Georgia.

The Georgian people are some of the nicest people I have met over my 40+ years of traveling! With respect to the hotel, I was able to get an early check in (3:00 a.m.) for a small fee - and we could sleep after a very long trip. There was a lot of food for breakfast, and I really liked a sweet bread. On the third day, there wasn't any, and all I told the woman was that I loved it - she went back into the kitchen and brought me three pieces (and it was tasty). They helped with the taxi back to the airport ... all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi <3

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Plaza! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but the real highlight of our experience was Nena. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. She went above and beyond by assisting us with finding local shopping markets and great places to eat, making our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her warm personality truly made us feel at home. Residence Plaza is very lucky to have someone like Nena — she made all the difference in our trip. Thank you, Nena!

Front of House Nino’s service was extremely excellent and exceptional. She was very helpful friendly and made every interaction so personal. She spoke to my mother-in-law and I like we were old friends, and she called our rooms to say goodbye when she knew we were checking out earlier than her starting time on our last night. We could stay at this hotel again honestly even if it’s just to interact with Nino.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and ambience was impressive and created a cosy and inviting atmosphere. My room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the stunning views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff's commitment to exceptional service. They were always available to assist with any request or question, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

Nice hotel with great value for money. Lovely and helpful personnel. They let us use the swimming pool for free out of peak hours. Hot breakfast was great, it is rare that hotel food satisfies my child but here he was very well fed. Not an issue for me, but proper coffee is not available. The room was good and the view amazing. Was great to have the fridge in the room.
